Thank you to everyone that got up and gave on North Texas Giving Day, Sept. 18, 2018.

Last year we raised right at $12,000. This year we raised $26,100. This includes a special award of $10,000 from The Tap Root Fund of the Dallas Foundation. This special award came as a result of our having a complete profile with the Communities Foundation. The Dallas Foundation reviewed these profiles and makes special awards. They chose us!

Thanks to everyone that spread the word and for your donations. One special board member made a last minute donation that put us over the $26,000 mark.

This is what happens when we work as a team to feed the hungry of Cedar Hill. Every one of you are Special in our eyes.
